Very good nearby Delhi Mumbai expressway and Gurugram highway near Sohna
I booked mulberry phase two.. I went to to the site to see the work.. I am surprised in just one year they have completed half super structure.waiting to get possession ASAP..
Flourishing housing society having residents that include Teachers, Bankers, Chartered Accountant, artist, craftwomen(The shilpshop), engineers, corporate management and many more who has excelled in their area . Residing here for almost two years.Apartment society complex in Sohna have biggest drawback is water supply. Municipal/government water supply is not available in society complex. Society is dependent solely on tanker water and quality of tanker water is not up to the standerd and also 4 to 5 times costly. Govt of Haryana has failed to provide basic necessity of water supply to housing society in Sohna area. Got the possession of flat after 7 years of booking. Builder is still to fulfill all the promises related to amenities and club house but progressing in this front also with their pace. Positive point of this society is the big green park and big open ground floor lobby. Hopefull this will be one of best in area in near future.
Excellent construction quality and people's of the society are the best and Ashiana staff as well. Best society to live in.
What a location, doesn't feel like you are in Gurgaon. Beautiful open project from all sides, with no high rise coming nearby. Beautiful view of Aravalis. Project is planned in a way to get ample space, it has all the luxury amenties in its super club. I loved the flat layouts very thoughtfully designed, large rooms and balconies.
